Machine specifications and application

 

It is suitable for inserting blisters, bottles, vials, tube, ointment, sachets, injections, cosmetics, condom, ampoules, pillow-wrapped products, soap, components, automotive parts, hardware, frozen food, milk powder bag, cereal bag, pharmaceutical products into carton in a wide range. It is a high technology product which incorporates of pneumatic-photo-electro-mechanic. It realizes running by a series of photo-electro controller to make sure the machine stability and guarantee the packing quality. It includes 1 to 4 folds automatic leaflet folding, cartons in suction and open, products and leaflet entering, printing batch number, sealing ( or optional hot-glue device). The machine can be single used or connected with Filling Machine, Blister Packing Machine, Shrink Machine, Three Dimensional Packaging Machine, etc to make a production line.
